The installation quality directly determines the service life and performance of rubber flooring. KROT sorts out the standardized construction procedures to guarantee full compliance with specifications:
- Base Treatment: The floor shall be dry, flat and crack-free with moisture content below 3% and surface hardness ≥1.2MPa to prevent blistering and debonding.
- Environmental Requirements: Construction temperature shall be kept between 10℃ and 30℃, and relative humidity ≤75%. Low temperature will slow down adhesive curing, while high temperature may cause flooring expansion and deformation.
- Construction Process: Base leveling → Primer application → Even adhesive spreading → Flooring roll/sheet laying → Rolling for air removal → Seam treatment → Curing. Seamless joint technology is adopted to ensure smooth joints and firm adhesion.
- Tools: We recommend serrated trowels, floor rollers and special cutters. Sharp tools are prohibited to avoid surface damage.
