To further improve order delivery capacity, optimize product structure, and meet the growing procurement and customized demands of domestic and overseas markets, KROT Rubber & Plastic has recently completed a new round of production equipment upgrading and expansion. Multiple high-precision vulcanizing equipment have been officially added, achieving a leap-forward improvement in the company's overall production strength.
In this equipment renewal project, the company has specially introduced two 1m×1m flat plate vulcanizing machines and one 2-meter ultra-wide vulcanizing coil equipment, which further enhances the forming accuracy and specification coverage of sheet rubber flooring. Up to now, KROT Rubber Flooring owns 6 coil production lines and 15 sheet production lines. Equipped with the newly upgraded vulcanization molding system, the company has built a large-scale, professional and full-category production system.
After the equipment upgrade, the factory can not only realize stable mass production of standard-size rubber flooring, but also efficiently undertake orders of wide-width, custom-sized and special-structured sheets. It effectively shortens the production cycle, improves the flatness, compactness and dimensional stability of products, and guarantees product quality from the source.
In the future, KROT will continue to increase investment in production. Relying on sufficient production capacity, stable quality control and flexible customization capabilities, the company will fully ensure the efficient delivery of domestic engineering projects and overseas foreign trade orders, and provide global customers with higher-quality rubber flooring products and one-stop floor solutions.
